Results British National Baseball League June 7, 2015

Posted on June 9, 2015June 9, 2015 by philipp

In the British National Baseball League the London Mets remained undefeated for the 2015 season, winning 4-2 and 11-1 against the Herts Falcons. However despite the two losses the story of the game day still was written by a Falcons player. Maikel Azcuy hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning of game one, becoming the all-time home run leader in the British National Baseball League. He now leads the ranking with 36 long balls, ahead of Simon Pole (35), Alan Bloomfield (31) and Roddi Liebenberg (31).

Maikel Azcuy (@hertsbaseball) just broke the all-time @BritishBaseball NBL home run record with a shot to dead centre vs. @LondonMets.
