In the British National Baseball League the London Mets were off ahead of the Federations Cup Qualifier at Farnham Park. Meanwhile the Essex Arrows beat the South London Pirates 4-0 and the Herts Falcons 6-4. The London Capitals celebrated a pair of wins over the Brighton Jets. In the fifth matchup the Pirates beat the Falcons 11-3.
