Only four games were scheduled in the Belgian First Division this weekend. The Namur Angels blew a 6-1 lead on Saturday and left 16 men on base, but still lost 6-10 against the Mortsel Stars. On Sunday they picked up the win thanks to a forfeit by the Stars. In the other series the Brasschaat Braves swept the Merchtem Cats and moved ahead of the Angels for fourth place in the standings.
