In the Belgian First Division the regular season is near its completion. This weekend the teams in first and second had to settle for splits. The Royal Greys shared a pair of one-run games with the Mortsel Stars and the Borgerhout Squirrels had to settle for one win against the Hoboken Pioneers. Meanwhile the Namur Angels and the Deurne Spartans celebrated sweeps. The Pioneers, Angels and Squirrels battled for third and fourth. The next game days are already right around the corner, as eight games are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday. Namur and Deurne will meet for a home-and-away series, while the Greys take on the Pioneers.
