Posted on August 12, 2010 by philipp

We finally received the results for last weekend’s action in the Belgian First Division. Four of the six games were played. The duel between the K. Deurne Spartans and the Hoboken Pioneers on Saturday was postponed. One day later the Namur Angels forfeit their match with the Port of Antwerp Greys. The Mortsel Stars were the big winners of the weekend, sweeping their two-game set with the Merchtem Cats to solidify their position for the playdowns. The postseason in Belgian Baseball begins on the upcoming weekend.
