In a competition where everyone seems to be able to win from each other, the youngsters of the Royal Greys keep surprising the world. After a solid win on Saturday at the Merchtem Cats (15-2), on Sunday, for the 2nd time this season, they came back from behind at home winning by a walk-off hit in the ninth, 12-11. Due to the split between the Borgerhout Squirrels and Deurne Spartans, the 19-year average-aged young team of the Greys is now the lone leader in Belgian Baseball. Meanwhile defending champion Hoboken Pioneers had to settle for one win in two games against the Brasschaat Braves, as well as the Namur Angels against the Mortsel Stars.
