In the Austrian Baseball League leader GEI Athletics Attnang-Puchheim suffered a pair of losses on the road against the Stock City Cubs, which solidified second place in the standings. Also the Vienna Metrostars and the Diving Ducks Vienna Neustadt celebrated sweeps on Saturday. One day later the Vienna Wanderers and the Union Kufstein Vikings split a twin bill.
