Results Austrian Baseball League July 21&22

In the Austrian Baseball League defending champion Vienna Metrostars raised the pressure on leader GEI Athletics Attnang-Puchheim by sweeping a doubleheader over the Schwaz Tigers and cutting the deficit in the standings to one game. Attnang-Puchheim was off this weekend, as their twin bill against the Vienna Wanderers was postponed. The Union Kufstein Vikings split against the Stock City Cubs, as well as the Dornbirn Indians versus the Diving Ducks Vienna Neustadt.

Metrostars – Tigers 12-0, 13-2
Vikings – Cubs 9-2, 0-3
Athletics – Wanderers ppd
Sunday, July 22:
Indians – Diving Ducks 1-4, 3-2
