In the Austrian Baseball League the Vienna Wanderers celebrated a sweep over the Athletics Attnang-Puchheim to clinch the fourth and last playoff spot. The twin-bill, which was rescheduled after a rainout, was won 13-5 and 9-8 by the Wanderers. They’ll now meet the Vienna Metrostars in the semi-finals, while the Dornbirn Indians take on the Diving Ducks.
