Results Austrian Baseball League August 14&15

Posted on August 15, 2010 by philipp

The Vienna Wanderers and the Athletics Attnang-Puchheim continue to march at the top of the standings with the same speed. After the A’s had to settle for the split against the Stock City Cubs on Saturday, the Wanderers also only were able to win one of two games against the Schwechat Blue Bats on Sunday.

In other matchups the Union Kufstein Vikings solidified third place with a sweep over the Rohrbach Crazy Geese. The Schwaz Tigers and the Vienna Metrostars split their twin bill too. The Mets already will back on the field on Tuesday, when they will face the Cubs in a make-up game.
