In the Austrian Baseball League just two doubleheaders were played this weekend. The Vienna Metrostars and the Stock City Cubs split a two-game set on Sunday. On the same day the Vienna Wanderers dispatched the Union Kufstein Vikings, outscoring their opponents 34-3 in two games. The twin bill between the Schwaz Tigers and Athletics Attnang-Puchheim got rained out. Additionally the RiCo Highlanders earned a pair of 9-0 forfeit wins over the Schwechat Blue Bats.
