Results Austrian Baseball League August 11&12

Just a couple of games are left on the schedule after the last full regular season game day in the Austrian Baseball League. Defending champion Vienna Metrostars moved into a tie for first place thanks to a sweep of the GEI Athletics Attnang-Puchheim on Saturday. Also the Vienna Wanderers and the Diving Ducks Vienna Neustadt celebrated two-win weekends. The Dornbirn Indians and the Stock City Cubs settled for the split.

Metrostars – Athletics 5-0, 17-3
Vikings – Diving Ducks 2-6, 3-5
Cubs – Indians 9-6, 0-1
Sunday, August 12:
Tigers – Wanderers 0-16, 0-19
