A RBI single by Juan Angrisano in the bottom of the third put Fortitudo in front. A bases loaded walk by Mattia Reginato made it 2-0 in the seventh before a two-run homerun by Joseph Mazzuca in the eighth sealed the win definitely. Gustavo Martinez (L) conceded five hits, a run and five bb in six innings.

Telemarket Rimini overcame a pair of one-run deficits against the Catania Warriors in a 7-4 win on Thursday. After a bases loaded walk by Laidel Chapelli had tied the game in the bottom of the sixth, Clinton Balgera came through with a bases clearing double to decide the outcome. Perez Rosario hit a two-run homerun for the Warriors. Jim Brower (W) issued four hits, four runs (1 ER) and two bb in six innings. Yorkin Ferreras (PAT) gave up two hits, three runs (1 ER) and eight bb in 3 2/3 innings. William Lucena (L) took the loss.

T&A San Marino celebrated a 7-0 shutout in Grosseto on Thursday. Henry Bonilla (W) allowed just three hits and two walks in seven scoreless innings. Eight of the nine players in the starting lineup for the Titans had at least two hits. Max De Biase, Ardley Jansen and Dean Rovinelli combined for six RBI. Juan Figueroa (L) took the loss against his former team, issuing four runs (3 ER) on eleven hits in five innings.
