The Vaessen Pioniers used four runs in the first two innings and a five-run fourth to dispatch ADO on Saturday afternoon in the Dutch Hoofdklasse. Eddie Aucoin (W) allowed just three hits and a walk in six scoreless innings. Michael and Mark Duursma combined to go 6-for-7 with three runs scored and a RBI. Lennard Bol (L) issued seven hits, nine runs and seven bb in 3 2/3 frames.

Besides a five-run seventh by UVV DOOR Neptunus dominated in a 9-5 victory on Saturday afternoon. Tom Brice drove in two. Jeffrey Arends and Rien Vernooij scored twice. Kevin Heijstek (W) issued nine hits, five runs and a walk in 6 2/3 innings. Juri van Leeuwen (L) gave up four hits, four runs and five bb in three-plus innings.
Sparta/Feyenoord Rotterdam – L&D Amsterdam 1-2

L&D Amsterdam used a RBI single by Vince Rooi and an error to score two runs in the top of the sixth en route to a 2-1 win over Sparta/Feyenoord Rotterdam. Jos de Jong (W) allowed just one run on four hits in 7 1/3 innings. Bobby Carrington (L) conceded five hits, two runs (1 ER) and two bb in 5 2/3 innings.
Mr. Cocker HCAW – Corendon Kinheim 0-5

Nick Veltkamp (W) allowed just two hits and two walks in seven scoreless innings in a 5-0 shutout of Corendon Kinheim against Mr. Cocker HCAW. Rafael Jozefa got them the lead with a two-run shot in the fourth. They added three more one frame later, two on a triple by Rene Cremer. Kevin Miner (L) was charged with six hits, five runs (3 ER) and two bb in six innings.
