A walk-off RBI single by Giovanni Pantaleoni in the bottom of the ninth lifted T&A San Marino to a 3-2 victory over Unipol Bologna. After Saturday’s rainout, the game was made up on Sunday afternoon. Fortitudo had erased a 0-2 deficit in the top of the eighth, when Edgar Clemente and Julio Ramirez crossed the plate. Riccardo Suardi hit a solo homerun for the Titans. Tiago Da Silva (SMA) struck out six in seven scoreless seven-hit innings. Cody Cillo (BOL) issued five hits, two runs (1 ER) and four bb in 5 1/3 frames. Gregory Palanzo (W) got the win, Yulman Ribeiro (L) the loss.
Danesi Nettuno – Montepaschi Grosseto 4-9

Montepaschi Grosseto scored four runs in the fourth and four in the ninth en route to a 9-4 victory over Danesi Nettuno. Daniel Bittar went 2-for-3 with a pair of walks, two runs and three RBI. Four players of the Orioles scored twice. Ennio Retrosi drove in two for Nettuno. Riccardo De Santis (W) gave up six hits, three runs and a bb in 6 1/3 innings. Carlos Richetti (L) surrendered eight hits, five runs and a walk in four-plus innings.

Cariparma Parma won the rubber match of the series against the North East Knights by a score of 8-5. Alex Sambucci and Leonardo Zileri picked up two RBI apiece. Davide Dallospedale and Rodney Medina crossed the plate twice. Terrence McClain drove in two for Godo-Verona. Roberto Corradini (W) struck out nine in seven innings, conceding five unearned runs on seven hits and a walk. Matteo Galeotti (L) was charged with seven hits, six runs and three bb in four-plus innings.

Telemarket Rimini closed out the series against Novara United with a 12-0 shutout. Enorbel Marquez-Ramirez (W, 5 IP, 1 H, 5 SO), Tommaso Cherubini and Panagiotis Sikaras combined to hold Novara to two hits in seven innings. Josh Phelps, Mario Chiarini (4 RBI), Brian Nelson and Max De Biase hit homeruns for the Pirates. Luca Marzullo (L) was responsible for six hits, five runs and a walk in three innings.
