Rafael Garcia struck out twelve in six innings to lead RIMINI to an 8-1 victory over GODO. He gave up just three hits and a walk, throwing 66 of 94 pitches for strikes. Mario Chiarini and Ivanon Coffie each drove in two, as Garcia received plenty run support. Luigi Carrozza went three-for-five with two runs scored and a RBI. Emmanuel Ulloa conceded eight hits, five runs (3 ER) and three bb in 4 1/3 innings for the loss. He escaped an injury in the fourth, when a groundball off the bat of Filippo Crociati deflected from his leg for an infield single.
