The Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation will celebrate its annual opening day at the Baseball and Softball Park in Hünenberg this weekend. On Saturday Juveniles (Rümlang Kobras-Feldkirch Cardinals) and the Softball NLA (Therwil Flyers – Eagles Lucerne) will start their 2012 campaign. On Sunday the NLB opens with a matchup between the Zurich Barracudas and the Swiss U18 Team. In the afternoon defending champion Bern Cardinals squares off with the Therwil Flyers to kick off the season in the NLA.
