After the Zurich Lions, Zurich Challengers, Therwil Flyers and Bern Cardinals opened the 2011 season at the Heerenschürli in Zurich last weekend, the first full game day in the Nationalliga A will follow on Saturday and Sunday. Defending champion Cardinals hopes for their first win of the season at home against the Challengers. The Flyers host the Lucerne Eagles in their home opener. The Sissach Frogs start the new baseball year with a matchup against the promoted Lions. And the Zurich Barracudas will face the Embrach Rainbows.
