Just six games are left on the schedule for each team in the Belgian First Division in the regular season. On Tuesday and Wednesday defending champion Hoboken Pioneers swept an important two-game series against the Deurne Spartans, as both teams currently battle for fourth place in the standings. The Pioneers hope to solidify their spot in the upper half even further taking on the Brasschaat Braves this weekend. The Spartans have to face current leader Borgerhout Squirrels. Additionally the Royal Greys play against the Merchtem Cats and the Namur Angels against the Mortsel Stars.
