We feel Germany is one of the major nations for baseball in Europe, and the chance to offer this broadcast to its members was something we could not pass up. www.stadeo.tv is excited to be a part of German Baseball,” said Ian Young, International Director, STV

www.stadeo.tv will pick up the finals at a key stage, with Regensburg leading Mainz 2 games to 0 in a best of 5. Mainz will counter with everything they have to send the series to 5 games, ensuring for some exciting competition.

Regensburg, this year celebrating its 20th anniversary, will be looking to win its first ever championship. The good form of its Bundesliga team is on the back of an undefeated season for its 2nd division team as well. Regensburg is definitely one of Europe’s premiere clubs.

Mainz, in their 19th year of existence will be looking to claim their first championship this season. The task will be tough, especially after falling behind in the series 2-0, however they have experienced players to turn to in the form of Sascha Lutz, and Manny Moeller. Lutz, who in the recent European championship was named to the All Start team, and Moeller, who threw a no hitter against Austria will need to be at their best if Mainz is to succeed.
