Preliminary Round of Baseball Tournament at 2010 Asian Games finished

The baseball tournament at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China is underway since Saturday. Until Friday, November 19 Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Mongolia, Hong Kong and Pakistan will battle for first place. The big four in Asian Baseball, Japan, South Korea, China and Taiwan have reached the semi-finals, which will be played on Thursday. South Korea is considered the favorite to win it all, having Shin Soo Choo of the Cleveland Indians in the lineup.
