Poland’s Ekstraliga began play with three series taking place over the final weekend of April. Stal Kutno scored two lopsided shutouts of Gepardy Zory, while Centaury Warszawa took both games from Dęby Osielsko. The Wroclaw Barons’ title defense began with mixed results against Silesia Rybnik in a pair of tight games. Results are posted intermittently and all that is known about last weekend’s games is that four-of-six were postponed. We will have a further update when one becomes available.
