Playoffs in Czech Extraleague continue with Brno Derby

While Kotlarka Prague made a quick trip to Regensburg on Tuesday to lose to the Buchbinder Legionaere 3-8 in an exhibition after blowing an early 3-1 lead, the Czech Extraleague playoffs continue tonight in Brno. Navisys Hrosi hosts MZLU Express for game three of the best-of-five series for a spot in the semi-finals. Both teams split the first two games last weekend. Game four and if necessary five will follow on Saturday and Sunday. The second series between Kotlarka and the Eagles Prague also is tied 1-1 and will resume play on Saturday.
