Not only are the Caribbean Winter Leagues featuring players from European Baseball. Three members of the Italian Baseball League club TELEMARKET RIMINI are currently enjoying the weather in the West Australian State League. Clinton Balgera brought home teammates Mattia Campanini and Giuseppe Spinelli.
Balgera is playing for the SWAN DISTRICTS and is batting .303 (OBP .410/SLG .576) with five extra base hits, twelve runs scored and 14 RBI in ten games. Spinelli has a batting average of .345 (.444/.414) for the GOSNELL HAWKS with six runs scored and six RBI in also ten games. Campanini only appeared in three games of WEST STIRLING so far, but made the most out of it. He has three hits in nine at bats, including a homerun; scored four times and drove in two.
