Posted on December 15, 2007 by philipp

Marcel HERING, a starting pitcher of the relegated Tuebingen Hawks, signed a contract with the Heidenheim Heidekoepfe on Thursday. The 20-year-old started eleven games during the regular season in 2007. He had a 3-8 record with an ERA of 6.32. He struck out 29 (28 BB) in 68.1 innings pitched. He can also play several infield and outfield. He hit .300 with four doubles, five runs scored and nine RBI in 28 games.
