Pioniers and Kinheim meet weeks after brawl

Posted on June 5, 2008 by philipp

The Dutch Major League scheduled another three-game set this week. The most interesting match-up is the meeting between CORENDON KINHEIM and KONICA MINOLTA PIONIERS, which will face each other weeks after their brawl on May 18. All of their suspended players will be back for the series final on Sunday. Before that they will still play short-handed. The PIONIERS are currently leading the standings percentage points in front of DOOR NEPTUNUS and KINHEIM.

NEPTUNUS could profit from the duel and pass both, as they are heavily favored versus 2-17 ADO. In a battle for fourth place, L&D AMSTERDAM squares off with SPARTA/FEYENOORD. Both club are 11-8 and the winner of the series will take over sole possession of the last playoff spot. However MR COCKER HCAW tries to get back in the race for fourth, facing RCH MEDIA MONKS.
