Posted on December 2, 2011December 2, 2011 by philipp

Members of the Czech National Team will be called to Brno and Prague on December 10th and 11th for a series of physical tests, kicking off winter training in preparation for 2012. Players from the Moravia region will be called to Brno (4pm to 6pm) on Saturday, December 10, players from the rest of the Czech Republic to the Eagles facilities in Prague on Sunday (8pm to 10pm). It will be two important days for the Czech players, as stressed by head coach Andy Berglund in an article on the CBA website:

“The offseason strength and conditioning program is extremely important to our team’s success next season. All guys have a program they have access to and all guys must be accountable for getting stronger. If you cannot attend this fitness evaluation, I will not consider you for a roster spot for spring training next March.
