Paris UC of the French Elite League has added American pitcher Will Musson to their staff for the 2011 season. In his college career at the University of Connecticut and Eastern Connecticut State Universities, Musson tallied a 17-3 record, with 162 strikeouts in 167.3 innings and a 4.14 ERA. He also tied an Eastern Connecticut State University record with 9 consecutive victories. Musson also competed in both the Alaskan Baseball League (ABL) and the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL). In a statement by Paris UC Head Coach Jeff Stoeckel, Musson is “a very talented RHP with a good mix of pitches to throw in all counts. He will surely strengthen our pitching staff, and improve our team as a whole.” Musson is expected to arrive in France in early March.
