The reigning French champion Rouen Huskies announced two transactions regarding its pitching staff for the 2011 season. The 21-year-old right-handed pitcher Owen Ozanich is scheduled to arrive in France after graduating in May at the University of Vermont (NCAA Division I), where he had a combined ERA of 6.38 in 48 innings as a reliever since 2007/2008. He was born in France, but lived in the United States. He has dual citizenship and speaks French. Additionally Rouen confirmed that Anthony Piquet will return for another season with the Huskies. He, Ozanich and Keino Perez are supposed to shoulder most of the workload as pitchers.
