The North East Knights completed their roster for the 2012 season in the Italian Baseball League with Salomon Martinez. The 31-year-old Dominican with Italian passport (married to an Italian woman, lives in Merano) already joined the team last Sunday for an exhibition game against Piacenza Baseball. The right-handed pitcher, who relies on a fastball-slider combo, will be used out of the bullpen.
