After ten days of World Port Tournament in Rotterdam, where the Dutch national team lost in the finals to Cuba, the Hoofdklasse restarts the regular season on Thursday evening with three games. On Friday the two leaders DOOR NEPTUNUS and L&D AMSTERDAM will kick off a series, which could decide the top seed going into the playoffs.
Three weeks with nine games for each of the eight teams are left on the schedule, before the postseason starts in the Netherlands. Besides NEPTUNUS and AMSTERDAM, CORENDON KINHEIM, KONICA MINOLTA PIONIERS and SPARTA/FEYENOORD battle for berths. KINHEIM and SPARTA/FEYENOORD will meet this week.
