Posted on June 6, 2009 by philipp

Three teams from Croatia and one from Hungary advanced to the final tournament of the Interleague after being ranked in the top four in the regular season. The Sleepwalkers (HUN) clinched the final berth last weekend with a 16-6 victory over the Spartans. Nada, Vindija and Zagreb, all three clubs are from Croatia, already were qualified for the championship round in September. One matchup is left in the preliminary round. Next weekend Nada hosts last year’s finalist Beograd 96 and can secure first place with two wins.

Results May 30/31:
Sleepwalkers – Spartans 16-6 (8)

SPA 001 001 40   6
