Posted on January 13, 2014January 13, 2014 by philipp

Two German players are returning to their home clubs. Right-handed pitcher Moritz Sckaer returns to the Cologne Cardinals after playing three years for the Bonn Capitals. The 27-year-old already played for the Cards between 1994 and 2010. Back in Cologne he hopes to win back a spot with the German National Team.

Meanwhile David Selsemeyer is back with the Haar Disciples. After one year with the Solingen Alligators he comes back to Munich. The 22-year-old catcher had joined his battery mate Nick Renault en route to the northern division. They reached the German finals with Solingen, only losing game five against the Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg.
