MLB International hires Charles Hill as Managing Director of MLB’s London Office

Major League Baseball International has hired Charles Hill as the Managing Director of Major League Baseball Europe, Middle East and Africa. Hill will be based in MLB’s London office.

Hill will oversee all aspects of Major League Baseball’s Europe, Middle East and Africa business and operations, including media sales, licensing, sponsorship, special events, and relationships with local baseball federations and governments. In addition, he will design Major League Baseball’s strategy for developing new business opportunities in the region.

Prior to joining Major League Baseball, Hill served as a product and innovation strategist at Alphabet Inc., part of Google’s Access and Energy Organization. Previously, Hill was a partner at ReD Associates, a management consulting and strategy firm in New York and Copenhagen, where he counseled Fortune 500 companies including Adidas, Coca-Cola, and Samsung in the areas of growth strategy and product and service innovation.

Hill will report to Chris Park, Senior Vice President of Growth, Strategy & International.
