Romanian right-hander Mihai Burlea is going to play for Collecchio in the Italian Federal Championship. After four years with Parma he already pitched for the same team last year, which then was the IBL2 affiliate of Parma. The 30-year-old has an ERA of 4.35 in 60 games in the Italian Baseball League. He has struck out 205 in 246 1/3 innings at the top level in Italian baseball. With Parma he won the championship in 2010.
