San Inazio Bilbao will rely on a new pitcher in the Spanish Division de Honor during the 2017 season. 21-year-old Venezuelan right-hander Miguel Bastidas will join the Basque club. The past three years he was part of the Philadelphia Phillies organization, pitching two years in the summer league in Venezuela and then one in the Dominican Republic. Through 48 games and 145 1/3 innings he had an ERA of 3.10 with 84 strikeouts and 66 walks.
