T&A San Marino has a new president. The 55-year-old former vice president Mauro Fiorini succeeds Paul Achilli at the top of the franchise. Achilli stepped down and made room for Fiorini, who was elected unanimously. T&A San Marino was probably the best club team in European Baseball this past season. They won the championship in the Italian Baseball League and captured the European Champions Cup trophy. So to no surprise at the end of the year they also ended up in first place in Mister-Baseball’s European Top 50.
