The Mannheim Tornados were forced to find a new reinforcement for their offense after 23-year-old former minor leaguer Manuel Hernandez didn’t receive a visa. The German record title holder, who started with two wins in four games into the new season, has added Zach Johnson. The Canadian utility player is expected to make his debut this weekend against the Stuttgart Reds.
Zach Johnson signed through the International Baseball Community website with the Mannheim Tornados.
