New president Stefano Michelini had a positive meeting with manager Marco Nanni and an agreement for an extension should be in place. Starting pitcher Jesus Matos could return for a seventh consecutive season with BOLOGNA. Yulman Ribeiro already has agreed for a second year in Italy. Cody Cillo, who left for the United States after the World Baseball Classic without much success, would like to come back. On the position player front Mura has an agreement in place with former Major League Eddy Garabito, who batted .383 (OBP .462/SLG .587) in his first year in Italy.
