The Brut Australian Baseball League sent out a release on the health status of Loek van Mil on Tuesday. The Dutch reliever fractured his skull when he hit a rock with his head during a bushwalk this past weekend. He was sent to the hospital in critical condition, but since then was scratched from the critical list. No brain surgery will be necessary and doctors expect him to get discharged in 10 days. He is already able to sit up and is talking.
