The Templiers Senart have announced that they have signed 25-year-old Connecticut native Jay Rivera for the 2019 season in the French Division I. The left-handed pitcher is coming from Brno in the Czech Republic to the south of Paris. He had an ERA of 1.81 with 96 strikeouts in 79 2/3 innings last year. He is currently in Australia playing in the State Summer League. In 2015 he got drafted by the Texas Rangers organization.
