American pitcher Kyle O’Campo of the HSV Stealers is returning to the United States this Friday. A lingering shoulder injury, which limited him to two starts (15.2 IP, 5.17 ERA, 13 SO, 7 BB) in Hamburg, is the main reason for the departure. The HSV Stealers now are looking to bring in a replacement to bolster their foreign starting pitcher spot in game two each week. Looking to crack the top three in the northern division of the German Baseball-Bundesliga the team of head coach Jens Hawlitzky has only won two of the last six games and is in danger of losing grip of fourth place with a current 7-7 record. They will take on the Solingen Alligators at the Langenhorst this weekend.
