Korea swept a two-game exhibition series against Cuba at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, South Korea with a 7-6 win on Sunday. The day before Korea prevailed 6-1. Korea used a six-run rally in the seventh to erase an early 1-3 deficit en route to the win. Ah-Seop Son led the way by going 4-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored. Cuban shortstop Yordan Manduley sprained his ankle during a play in the seventh. Cuba nearly came back in the ninth when a triple and a double cut the deficit to a run. But Jong-Hyun Won got out of trouble and finished the contest.
