KNBSB published last week that effective December 1st her new office address will be Kelvinbaan 40 in the same city of Nieuwegein. The move will be made together with other national sport federations: NBB for basketball, KNCB for cricket, NTTB for table tennis, NJBB for jeu de boules, KNAS for fencing and Badminton Nederland. KNBSB published last week two vacancies for an open application procedure: one for the position of technical director baseball and softball and one for board member baseball. The latter appointment depends on approval by the federation council. Frits Mulder will automatically step down after two terms of 4 years each.
KNBSB published this morning an open invitation to journalists of sport media to attend a night happening with Netherlands Kingdom team players and board members and in order to view – if applicable – World Series Game 7 between visiting Houston Astros and hosting Los Angeles Dodgers, the professional club of Netherlands Kingdom Team pitcher Kenley Jansen. The 30 years old Curacao native became the first ever pitcher to win Trevor Hoffman Award as best relief pitcher in MLB National League twice at a row: 2016 and 2017.
