23-year-old Venezuelan right-hander Keivi Rojas is joining the Montpellier Barracudas for the 2017 season in the French Division I. Between 2011 and 2014 he spent four seasons in affiliated minor league ball, first for the Philadelphia Phillies and in the end also for the Miami Marlins. This past winter he was on the roster of Leones del Caracas in the Venezuelan Winter League.
