After a 3-7 start into the 2016 season in the German Baseball-Bundesliga, the Munich-Haar Disciples are adding another foreign pitcher for the remainder of the season. The 26-year-old right-handed pitcher Justin Erasmus is leaving the De Glaskoning Twins of the Dutch Hoofdklasse after May 16 to join the Disciples. He is going to replace DJ Jauss as starting pitcher in game two each week. In Munich he will meet William Thorp. Both played together in the Australian Baseball League this past winter.
