(Update) Jérôme Rousseau from Savigny Lions to HSV Stealers

According to Bafinfos.com outfielder Jérôme Rousseau is leaving the French Elite League club Savigny Lions. to play for the German second-division team Hamburg Knights this year. Update 3/6: He is actually joining the German Baseball-Bundesliga club HSV Stealers. An official press release will follow in the next couple of days.

Playing in only twelve games (eleven starts) during the regular season last year, Rousseau batted .239 (OBP .280/SLG .261) with eleven runs and four RBI. During the championship series against the Rouen Huskies he started in three of the four games in right field, going 3-for-9 with a walk, a double and a run scored.
