Posted on December 12, 2008 by philipp

Pitcher and outfielder Jean Philippe Miet is the first new player for the HUSKIES ROUEN. The 30-year-old comes out of retirement to join the reigning French champion. He learned his first steps in Baseball with the COYOTES DU VIGAN and CREPS DE MONTPELLIER, before joining the MONTEPELLIER BARRACUDAS from 1995 till 2003, winning the championship in his first year. He ended his career after playing with PARIS UC in 2006 to concentrate on his own company. He decided to come back after attending the championship finals this year. After Boris Rothermundt and Olivier Israel he is the third former player from the BARRACUDAS to join the HUSKIES.
