The 28-year-old former Minor and Independent League catcher JB Tucker is returning to the Swiss vice champion Therwil Flyers for a second consecutive season. He will again serve as player-coach and will try to lead the team to the Swiss championship. Last year they dominated throughout the regular season, but lost in the championship series to the Bern Cardinals. The Flyers still will be playing in the European Cup Qualifier, as the Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation got awarded a second spot by the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB).
