The eighth edition of the Italian Winter League ends on Sunday with the Final tournament in Bologna. Eight teams will determine the national champion. San Martino Junior has won the indoor title for two straight years and they are also a favourite this season.
The playing field was split into two pools. BC Cairese, Athletics Bologna, Junior Grosseto and Praissola are in group A. Oltretorrente Parma (former Tipografia), San Martino, BSC Arezzo and Cervignano Udine are in group B. The preliminary round will start at 8:30 in the morning. The winners of both pools will advance to the final, the runner-ups to the bronze medal game.
